Growing in Unity Blog Hop
Come and join the fun of a Growing in Unity Blog Hop! After being a Growing in
Unity artist of the week, I am lucky enough to "hop" along with some amazing
artists. Here I have used Donna Downey's amazing "You Are Important" stamp kit
to make a couple beautiful. I had such a hard time deciding which I would
choose, so I didn't! I love the Mixed Media feel of the first image, and with
the use of washi tape, acrylic paint accents and watercolor paints. I didn't add
a sentiment to this one because I think the beautiful design speaks for itself.
In the second card, Distressed Oxides to blend a pretty-in-pink background, and
stamped the giant floral image over the blend. I again used some black acrylic
to add some dotted accents and on this one I used a sentiment from the kit in
coordinating color. I can't tell you how I love the wonderful red rubber of
Unity stamps, and if you haven't tried them...WHAT are you waiting for? You will
absolutely love these stamps, embellishments, and everything that Unity has to
offer! Thanks for "hopping" over - don't forget to leave a comment for your
chance to win! See below for the next "hop" spot!!
